Delivery

All products are digital and are delivered manually to the email address you enter at checkout, after your payment has been verified, normally within 1 hours. Each product page explains exactly what you receive and how.

Refund policy

We process refunds manually.

If your order cannot be delivered, or the delivered product does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference. We review every request and, when approved, refund the amount you paid in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide.

Network fees charged by the blockchain are not refundable. Orders paid after the payment window expired are reviewed individually.

Terms of sale

By placing an order you confirm that the email address you entered is correct and that you are allowed to use the product you buy.

Products are delivered manually by email after your payment has been verified on the blockchain. Delivery normally happens within the time shown on the product page.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated from the exchange rate shown at checkout and is fixed for the 20-minute payment window.
